Full Service Management includes helping coordinate painting & repairs for new tenants, advertising, pictures, tenant screening nd background checks, preparing for tenant move-in, rent collection, move in/out inspections, periodic inspections, evictions, full service accounting (including paying mortgages, taxes, insurance, HOA dues, gardeners, pool man), supplying monthly & year-end statements along with necessary 1099s to workmen, handling & coordinating repairs and maintenance.
